FS/OC/02 Care Worker - Il-Milja (Family Services) Part-Time Casual (Shift Basis)

ROLE PROFILE:

The Care Worker (CW) forms part of the team of il-Milja, a shelter for victims of Violence Against Women (VAW) and their children. The team in liaison with the Home Manager, Care Workers, Social Support Workers, and Social Worker, to support and assist women and their children in their process of trauma recovery whilst empowering them to strength their self-esteem and dignity. The Care Worker, shall have overall accountability to the Home Manager, but is also accountable to the Social Worker r on tasks assigned to them as part of the care plan of residents.

FS/2026/03 Residential Support Mentor (Children's Services) Full Time (Closing date: 11th March 2026)

ROLE PROFILE:

The  Residential Support Mentor (RSM) is part of the resident’s care team within a residential home for children and youths which aims at implementing the Care Plan set by the professionals together with the resident. The RSM shall have a shared, allocated case load. The RSM shall work in liaison with the professionals involved within as well as outside the residence in order to support and assist children and youths to live in a homely environment whilst empowering and supporting them to recover from trauma and live a healthy and fulfilled life. FS/2026/06 Social Worker - Community Family Services Full-Time (Closing date: 11th March 2026)

ROLE PROFILE:

The appointee is responsible to offer evidence-based social work support services to children and families. The role requires the designated individual to build partnerships with existing services in order to complement service provision. The primary aim is to focus on prevention by promoting positive and safe relationships within the family which amongst other issues include safeguarding the wellbeing of children, vulnerable individuals and families.

ROLE PROFILE:

The administrator is responsible to oversee the administrative tasks related to incoming donations by ensuring that such documentation is accurate and professionally kept. The Administrator is also responsible to seek opportunities and initiatives that result in any type of sponsorships from which Fondazzjoni Sebh can benefit.

FS/2026/08 Marketing Executive Apprentice (Applicable to MCAST Students enrolled in the first year of the MCAST Advanced Diploma in Marketing (MQF Level 4))

ROLE PROFILE:

A Marketing Executive Apprentice at Fondazzjoni Sebħ supports the organisation in promoting its mission and services to the community. Supervised by the Support Service Senior Manager and the Archdiocese Digital Team, the apprentice helps create and share content for social media, newsletters, and the website. They assist in planning awareness campaigns, designing materials, and ensuring messages reflect the Foundation’s values. The role involves learning about digital communication, public engagement, and community outreach while gaining practical experience in marketing within a faith-based and social care context. This apprenticeship builds skills for a meaningful career in marketing and communications.

This apprenticeship is aligned with the MCAST Advanced Diploma in Marketing (MQF Level 4), which includes modules on digital marketing, public relations, customer care, and advertising. The apprentice will be expected to apply

FS/2026/09 Assistant Manager Care and Wellbeing (Children Services) (Closing date: 11th March 2026)

ROLE PROFILE:

We are seeking to recruit an experienced social worker/youth worker to assist in the development and delivery of evidence-based practices for children in alternative care. The selected candidate will form part of the management structure of the Children’s Services and will be accountable to the Home Managers . The post holder will be required to establish effective working relationships with staff at all levels of Fondazzjoni Sebħ and to assist in the delivery of high-quality services to children.
